Amenity Fee
Amenity fee is $35 per room, per night (required) and includes:
Chef-prepared breakfast ($22.00 for non-guests)
Grab and Go Refreshments
Guest reception with wine & hor d’oeuvres
Premium Coffee and tea served daily
In-room premium water, chocolates
In-room luxury robes
Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels
Concierge and luggage service
Newspaper and local periodicals
Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total stay is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation made 8 days or more prior to check in (3:00pm) will receive a full refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in, including same-day cancellations, will be charged the full cost of the stay.
Early Departures
Guests who choose to check out before their scheduled departure date will be charged the full cost of the original reservation.
No Show
No-shows will be charged the full rate of the stay, with no refund or credit issued.
Weather & Emergency Policy
In the event of severe weather (such as hurricanes or blizzards), a death in the family, or a COVID-related emergency, we are happy to provide a gift certificate for the full value of your stay to use at a future date or reschedule your stayy free of charge.
Reschedule Fee
Rescheduling within the 7-day cancellation period will incur the $50.00 rescheduling fee, a charge for the full cost of the stay and become non-refundable.
Check In
Standard Check in time is 3:00pm
Early Check In
Early check-ins before 1:00 PM are subject to a $75 fee.
Check-ins earlier than 9:00 AM will be charged the equivalent of an additional night's stay.
Check Out
Standard Check Out time is 11:00am.
Late-Check Out
Late check-out may be available until 12:00 PM, after which a $75 fee applies until 2:00 PM; check-outs after 2:00 PM will be charged as an additional night's stay.
Damages
Any room damages, or removing items from the room, or smoking is strictly prohibited; a minimum $250 fee will be charged for any violation.
Pet Policy
Dog’s are welcome with a fee of $50 per night, limited to a maximum of 2 pets, with a total charge cap of $250 per stay (equivalent to 5 nights).
A minimum $500 fee will be charged for any pet-related damage, with additional costs applied for extensive damage.
Please note; One noise complaint will result in a courtesy call giving the guest one hour to resolve the issue; a second complaint will result in a notice that further disturbances may result in removal without a refund; upon a third complaint, guests will be removed without a refund.
Miller Cottage, Hibiscus, Serinity Rooms
If a pet is found in a non-pet-friendly room, the guest will be moved to a pet-friendly room at the corresponding rate; if no pet-friendly rooms are available, a $250 fee will be charged for the stay in lieu of the standard pet fee.
Animals are not permitted in dining space, or most common areas property.
Children
Due to the nature and unique layout of our property, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10. This policy helps us ensure the safety of our guests and preserve the integrity of our older buildings. Children under 10 are permitted only in the case of a full property buyout or a private wedding event.
Additional Guest Fee
For rooms with double occupancy, a $20 fee will be added to the reservation for each additional guest (3rd and 4th guests)
Credit Cards
We accept all major credit cards. (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover.)
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license, are non-transferable, and any remaining balance can be used until the expiration date; they cannot be redeemed for cash, and reservations made with gift certificates still require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking.
Lost and Found
We reserve the right to remove any personal property left in the guest room after the stated departure date and are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings; if guests request shipping for forgotten items, they assume full financial responsibility.
Noise Complaints / Disruptive Guest
Disturbing other guests is not allowed, and the hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to any guest who causes disruption or disrespects the house rules.
